During 2025, I had the duty to train over 350 car delalers on developing or better training their soft skills which are undoubtly necessary to sell electric vehicles.

How can we shift consumer mindset to invest in an electric car where, to a first appearance, infrastructure is a huge barrier?

My responsibility is to showcase through their engagement how, for some people, electric vehicles are a solution to their lives.

We need to leverage on their inclination for sustainability, as well as really engaging in powerful questions to understand the best solution for them.
