Together with Amisura Consulenza Srl we delivered a training day focused on:
* Setting a shared vision.
* Building teamwork and trust.
* Exploring “self” at work and outside for deeper relations.
*Practising problem-solving out of the box.

Instead of a classroom, we went hands-on:

• drawing masks to compare personal and professional self
• LEGO® Serious Play to envision
• juggling balls to problem solve
• escape-room challenge to build resilience.

Each team rotated through the activities in an outdoor setting designed to spark creativity, empowerment and readiness for the next step.

Because learning sticks when we experience it — not just when we hear about it.
