I’m currently running a training programme on the ethics of AI and continuous learning for school teachers.

Together, we’re not just reviewing the key frameworks — from UNESCO guidelines to the EU AI Act and the Key Competences Framework — but also questioning the role of educators in shaping the future workforce…especially to empower our 30% diverse abilities students!

I always stress: teachers hold a pivotal role in creating our society’s future. This can’t happen without:
– working through their emotions
– reflecting on their current adoption of AI
– evaluating the opportunities and risks involved

I’m delighted to be working with eight different classes — and excited that this particular group has already started experimenting. They’re exploring AI as a support tool, while actively questioning how to ensure it respects equity and inclusion for all talents.

It’s inspiring to see their curiosity and courage. This is truly a journey together.
