Speaker @Findomestic Roundtable on diversity management and employability

As part of Diversity Week at Findomestic Banca, I was invited — together with the Associazione Toscana Idrocefalo e Spina Bifida — to a roundtable on diversity management and employability.

Our discussion went beyond statistics or policies. We asked: What happens after us?

And even more importantly: What happens during us — as parents, colleagues, and citizens — to truly make inclusion real?

One of the wonderful young women I had the privilege to coach last year shared her journey. Seeing her blossom in confidence and purpose reminded me that talent is everywhere — it’s the context that defines whether that talent can shine.

We owe it to one another — to support, to commit, and to act — so that inclusion becomes a lived reality, not a corporate checkbox.
